Dear PASJE Parents, Our history lesson today was titled Persecution and Expulsion, 1000 to 1450. The lesson focused on European Jewish life under the powerful Roman Catholic Church. We learned about the many restrictions put on Jews during this period and the many outrageous charges made against them. Our class began a new Torah Aura Lesson titled What Is Mishnah? We expanded our understanding of the Talmudic concept of damages by looking at four types of damages; The PIT, The TOOTH, The OX and The FIRE. Your might be able to persuade your child to tell you how these damages are similar and how they differ. Best wishes, Terry Fayer
